Born in St. Louis, Missouri, Nordeen earned his MA in Cinema Culture from King's College London in 2009 and his BFA in Photography and Media studies at California Institute of the Arts in 2005. He has served as a staff member for X-TRA, a contemporary art quarterly and was published in various catalogues and journals throughout California. Fever Pitch, a collection of essays on pop icons was published in August of 2008. He currently lives in New York.
